An intermission

First, while I was in Taiwan, I actually encountered an American Twitch Streamer of some sort. I took a photo -- he was being followed by a gaggle of other Americans and generally being very loud in Ximending. I'm glad to see Taiwan getting some attention, as it really is a lovely place to visit.
Second, is this. I happen to currently be in Taipei, after returning from Japan, and all of the sudden, I am seeing famous vtuber baby shark everywhere. Is there some event happening? I had no idea vtube was so popular, but I think it is quite charming!
Lastly, when the Yuzu news broke, I was actually physically in Kyoto, not far from Nintendo HQ. Not that I was in a position to ask any questions at that moment, but if circumstances were different, I could have!
I'm a bit behind on internet culture so please forgive me if I've missed something important. If it is interesting, I might eventually share these photos with YouTube community, as well!

Lovely photos, but what is the story behind that space cat? Is that some new internet phenomena I am too unaware of?

That's a lovely idea, Jon! I have some fun, culturally significant ideas for Patron presents. If I don't implement your idea this trip, I will certainly do so as I conduct business around East Asia in the future.

This is cute, thank you for providing us with some content. You don't need to do anything on PTO but I do appreciate the thought and effort. I want a desk version of the winged cat statue NOW. Polite suggestion, since I get the sense you *want* to do small gestures of appreciation - maybe grab a few cheap souvenirs and mail them to top patrons or let people enter to win? Just an idea, you're already going above and beyond so this would just be beyonder.
