🕑 Added 2024-01-15 18:32:30 +0000 UTCHiya everyone, I hope your new year is going fantastically (and that the crossword puzzle hasn't been too confounding... we have about a 20% completion rate so far! 🎉 (I'm so sorry lol)). Big things lie ahead for this year, and I've made a few resolutions for myself, but let's see how many of those I can carry out! 😂 In Chinese zodiac terms, it''ll be the year of the Wood Dragon, which means a year of progress, growth, and energy being put towards change and advancement! I'm going to try to channel that... I wish you all luck if you have any goals you want to accomplish this year, too!
Anyway, it's that time of the month again: time for our monthly Q&A!
The ask window for this Q&A will be open for 24 hours, so make sure to get your questions in before the deadline, which will be Tuesday, January 16th, 12 PM MST. I will not save or answer any questions sent after the deadline!

The author Q&A is a space where you can ask pretty much any question and I will give answers as best I can! NSFW, spoilers, and everything else are totally on the table! However, I try to be somewhat vague about totally game-breaking spoilers, though I still usually answer them!*
If you want to send in a question, either comment below or ask through the ShoH Tumblr mailbox (usually if you want to remain anonymous). If you do ask on Tumblr, please type #tellmeeverything in your question. If you don't do this, I won't know that you're asking for the Q&A, so your question will not be answered if you don't include that tag!
I will answer around 10-15 questions sent in before the deadline, and save any others for future reference if I receive them before the window closes.
(*I also reserve the right not to answer questions that I deem inappropriate--like weird personal questions, not necessarily NSFW--or those which make me uncomfortable, but it's a pretty common sense process; I've never really had to do this!)
Finally, if you haven't already, I highly recommend reading through previous Q&As or frequently-asked questions to make sure that your question hasn't been answered somewhere else already!

More of a development question, what are the odds we might get a Mimir relationship bar? Even if it doesn't impact gameplay at all, I like the idea of one

Hello! I know there's no relationship bar with her and no option to give her gifts (so far as I know), at least not yet, but what kind of gifts do you think Mimir would like? I have an MC who I consider good friends with her (again even though I know that's not an in-game mechanic at this time) and I like to think he enjoys bringing her little things he saw at Chandry's that he thinks she'd like. My favorite that I've thought of so far is a little windchime- I can picture Mimir holding it and watching/listening to it for quite a while before my MC finally goes "oh shit your arm is probably getting tired I can take that back now do you want me to put it up around here/your room or is it too loud?" Anyway.... long intro, but what kinds of stuff like that do you think Mimir would enjoy? Or I guess more broadly how does she like to keep her space (presumably with Shery's help)?

I'd love to know the reactions from the ROs if they were in Halek's place having to drag MC out of Mt. Thoret or whatever, after MC heroically sends Mekduk off to fetch the lachryma. Are they angry? Worried? Angorried?
