Radnyngar ENB - Adaptation Update

On this last day of 2023 I bring you the "Adaptation Update" of Radnyngar ENB. I've finally managed to implement adaptation in a satisfying way, with both light and bloom adaptation. You will notice it in sunny weathers when standing in the shadows: the areas directly under the sun will get really bright and "pop-out" of the image (first picture above is a good example, as well as image n°8 in Dawnstar). I took me quite some time as I've had to edit a few shaders to make them compatible with ENB Extender. Not that complicated, but it was the first time I messed with OpenGL.
In consequence I have also reworked the fire settings for every single exterior weather (which are now all completed btw). Fires should look a lot better and blend more naturally with the scene, while still having that eye-catching effect from previous versions.
I will now start working on the special weathers (Apocrypha, Soul's Cairn, Bloodmoon, Eclipse and Blackreach). After that, I will take care of the remaining interiors and we should be on path for release.
As I'm now using another bloom shader, Silent Horizons 2 Shader Core is no longer a requirement. This also make for an easier installation process. Here are the current requirements for Radnyngar ENB:

Thanks a lot for the kind words! I am familiar with this issue and I am pretty sure the culprit is ENB Helper SSE. It resets some ENB values when the player enters or leaves the bounds of a box marker. ENB Helper Plus is too useful for me to drop so I'll contact doodlez and see if anything can be done about it (or if something else is responsible for this issue)

This look absolutely amazing. Easily the best visual aesthetic I've seen an ENB manage. I have a slight issue, though, and I am unsure if this is due to something inherent to my load order, though it doesn't happen with Rudy's ENB for NAT III. I made a small recording that demonstrates: https://imgur.com/a/SfZyG9g Notice the lighting dips and changes when moving between rooms. I had the same issue with your Berserkyr. Is this something on my part, you think?
