Idea: Seed Germinator

This building would cost 3 million Silver and produce seeds hourly (or daily) based on your farming level. It would only produce 1 per hour to start (and be upgradeable with gold or silver).
The main things to figure out are if it should produce seeds randomly (if it does you may get seeds you don't want) OR it could let you select which seed it should produce.
If seeds were random, then you would have to be able to sell them which would be a big hassle. It would also make plant-all more of a pain to use. So it seems like it should let you pick which seeds to generate over time.

Perhaps to work with random seed generation, the seeds could sit on a hopper screen waiting to be collected actively by the user. That way a player wanting to grab those sweet wheat seeds can leave the pepper seeds for another time. So long as the hopper doesn’t fill up, the germinator continues rattling out the seeds.
I’m trying to figure out a concept that fits the overall gist of the game. It feels like either an auto generator should produce a chosen quality and quantity balanced by time or add a new product that only generates by time. Ie new: seed for kiwi, 1/hr 24 hr output that gives 1 fruit plus 1seed or input xwheata= xwheat/ht…
