Piggy backing on this slightly, community goals that are more cooperative than competitive. Like "plant 1 millions carrots" or "Find 100,000 wooden masks" would be awesome!
It would be fun to have daily challenges VS other farmers like who can catch the most of X fish or who can grow the most carrots. Something everyone can participate in and have tiered rewards for the top 50 or the winners.
Certain levels reached on all skills, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 125… etc
