Hello Steve, as mentioned in the recent posts "which i should add to this one as well" you can only get the packages you pledge for "these are the ones you get charged for. So in your case, since you pledged recently, you have to wait for the next character package, which will be #05 (these come usually once a month, so somewhere in January). When i release a character package, i manually send you guys the packages through your inbox in Patreon. Don't hesitate to ask anything else :) Yan

What do you mean? Generally speaking you have to retopologize a character if you want to animate it.
