I replied you on the direct message you sent, but I'll reply it again. You can fix this going in the discord on support channel, look for fixed messages, you'll find a patch that can restore this corrupted save.

I updated my game from version 0.9.1 to 0.10.2, and when I load the save, I get an error. I don't want to lose all my progress. This error happens when the .apk is corrupted. you problably had a problem downloading it. I recoomend download the android file again and be sure that is completed

any reason the keys can only be generated every 24h? Can't get my outfits because I used a code then my game crashed, now I gotta wait 24h for the next code. Pretty annoying
