Hi there 🤍 Thank you so much for joining and for your support, I really appreciate it! From what you described, it sounds like the Tray files might not be loading correctly. Could you please double-check the steps below? 1️⃣ Tray Files Move all files starting with 0x00 (.blueprint, .bpi, .trayitem) into: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray ‼️‼️Make sure they’re placed directly in the Tray folder — no subfolders. 2️⃣ In-Game Settings Go to Game Options > Other and make sure: ✔️ Enable Custom Content and Mods is on ✔️ Script Mods Allowed is on Then apply and restart your game. 3️⃣ Gallery Settings In the Gallery, select My Library at the top and tick Include Custom Content on the left. For Type, make sure to select All, since apartments are saved as Rooms, this step is important. If you’ve already done all this and it’s still not showing, feel free to send me a screenshot of your Tray folder, Mods folder, Gallery, and in-game settings to bellavitasims@gmail.com , and I’ll take a closer look to see how I can help 🤍 Hope this helps, and let me know how it goes!

hi! so i downloaded all the files needed but i still cat find the build i ieven included costume content and did everything that i need to do if you could please help, id be so grateful!

Hi Jacqualine 🤍 Thank you so much for your continued support, I’ve truly seen it and I’m really grateful for it! When this happens, here are a few things you can try: 1.Re-download the Tray files and replace/overwrite the old ones. 2. Both this one and the Vancouver build are apartment lots, which means they are saved as rooms. In your Gallery, make sure to set the filter to All under “Type” so they show up. If it’s still not working, it would really help if you could send me screenshots of your game settings, Tray folder, and Gallery view to BellavitaSims@gmail.com so I can take a closer look and help you fix it. Hi, this and Vancouver and few others aren't showing up in my game. I usually have no issues and everything is enabled and in the right folders. Is there something else I can do? Thanks.
