Hi Lauren 🤍 Thanks so much for letting me know! If the lot isn’t showing up, here are a few things to double-check: 1️⃣ Tray files All the files starting with 0x00 (.blueprint / .bpi / .trayitem) need to go directly into: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray ‼️ Make sure there are no subfolders, it should just be all the 0x00 files together. 2️⃣ Gallery settings At the very top, switch to My Library (far right tab, not Online Gallery). On the left side, check Include Custom Content. For “Type,” select All. ‼️ Since this one’s an apartment, it’s saved as a ROOM, so try checking the Room filter too. 3️⃣ CC files All the .package files go into: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods ‼️Best to keep them in one folder (not too many subfolders). ‼️If you get duplicate prompts when pasting, just click Replace—that prevents having too many copies. The CC folder should usually be a few GB in size. If you only see a handful of files, that means not everything got downloaded, scroll down to the very bottom of the download post and grab the Required CC link (WeTransfer or Google Drive). If you’ve tried all this and it’s still not showing, feel free to send me a quick screenshot of your Tray&Mod folder and GameSetting&Gallery view at bellavitasims@gmail.com and I’ll take a closer look 🤍

I did everything as far as the downloads but it is still not showing up in the gallery. I have the CC just not the lot

Just in case this ever comes up again, here are a couple of quick checks you can try if the build doesn’t show up in your Gallery: 1️⃣ Since this one is an apartment, I saved it in Room format, so in the Gallery, try switching the type filter to Rooms only. 2️⃣ For the Tray files (all starting with “0x00”), make sure they go directly into your Tray folder (no subfolders).

Hi - did something happen to this build? I can't find it on the gallery :( I clicked include customer content and selected the All category and still can't find it. I downloaded the CC and tray directly into my mods folder (and unzipped it) **UPDATE: Nevermind, I figured it out :) it looks amazing!!!
