Please search for “The Robin Estate” under My Library (your local in-game Library, not the online Gallery) to find and download the lot. Make sure “Include Custom Content” is checked so it shows up properly!

Hi there 🤍 Thank you so much for your support, I really appreciate it! If you’ve already tried all the steps I mentioned and it’s still not showing up, could you send me a quick screenshot of your Tray folder, Gallery, and in-game settings? That way I can take a closer look and help figure out what’s going on 🤍 In the meantime, here are a few key things to double-check: 1️⃣ Tray folder After downloading, make sure all files starting with 0x00 (.blueprint, .bpi, .trayitem) are placed directly into: 📂 Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray 👉 No subfolders! Inside this folder, it should be all 0x00 files only. 2️⃣ Game settings Go to Options > Other and make sure: ✔️ Enable Custom Content and Mods is checked ✔️ Script Mods Allowed is checked (if you use script mods) Apply then restart your game. 3️⃣ Gallery At the very top, switch to My Library (it’s the option on the far right — not the Online Gallery search). On the left-hand side, tick Include Custom Content.
