Should he finish the Maelstrom Ascension manual before taking the level-up potion?

Drink the level-up potion, evaluate the results, reassess which purchases make the most sense given the change in status.. In Greg’s position though, I’d go for mana sight, Aura, and spreading mark for the passive income presuming the level up increases soul power as much as we’ve been led to expect. He can always ask the healer to embed his storage rings the same way she has done to herself after all..
