I'm really sorry for how long it took to get this one out. Stress from the publishing thing along with other familial issues got in the way. However, I hope to have it all sorted out soon so the next chapter shouldn't take as long.

At what point does Fate decide that it's done enough or attempted to do enough against him that he would no longer be marked? Having 50+ of his progeny killed should count for a bit in that reckoning I should think (even if he wasn't overly emotionally tied to them).
