Mongolia the fighter did amazing and he did so much small things we didnt realize . he rides horses and so does the acrobatic one so them pulling back the ropes was the same was pulling on the raines of a hoarse to get leverage and when you riding you sometimes tilt your foot back so weight goes to your heel instead of whole foot to kinda relax the pain so instead of lets say pain thighs you can shift it to other parts of your legs and core to help you relax a little . the detail this team has is insane
