HOW TO BLEND EVERYTHING
🕑 Added 2021-11-12 21:39:16 +0000 UTCThis Video took a while to do, sorry you had to wait for it for a while and thanks a lot for your trust and continued support. I wanted to make this video as in depth and understandable as possible and it did go through a couple of ierations, that's why I couldn't work on a lot of other content, but the videos will be more regular now again.
It is evident that teaching blending via video is the hardest thing there is in creating video content. I tried to break down every aspect of what goes into the creation of a gradient and I tried to show EVERY aspect in detail, that's why it is long, but I think this is the best I can do at teaching this subject in video format.
My main methods of BLENDING explained in every detail, including how to prepare the paint and the brush: dillution levels, how to load the brush, how to check if you are good to go to put the paint on the mini, etc.
ADDITIONAL Blending methods I use and how they work!
I have added Chapters to make navigation easy, if you want to rewatch certain parts, or skip some that you might already know.

I'm new here Love your work man. Thank you for doing it! Just 2 questions. What brushes are you using and you have a skhorpek necron video on YouTube will the full one be available on here as that is what you say on the video? If so have you got any time frame?

This video literally blew my mind. Making everything else much easier to understand when watching how-tos.

Thanks so much for this video, that really is helping a lot in understanding and further practice.

I agree with Gobsmacked. The palette and brush prep really highlighted to me things I was doing wrong. Glazing with too much liquid on the brush etc I really liked the ultra close ups and how it showed corrections to dilutions whilst painting on the model! Keep up the excellent work π canβt wait for the next part

thank you! It is long, but I think it was good to make this video for all the reasons you mentioned!
Trovarion
thanks!

Definitely worth the wait. I thought the close up, step by step, every brushstroke visible approach was very helpful. Good video to fall back to when youtube sometimes forces the "rest of the owl" approach. The intro with palette preparation/paint thinning is something I wish I had seen when I was starting.
