Wait. What? Steve met Cecil on his first date with Abby? Didn't the say in both The September Monologues and Toast he didn't meet Cecil until his wedding to Abby? Steve and Cecil must have differing memories due to all the differing time lines and realities. Cecil must think Carlos looks adorable trying to swim in that swimming lab coat.
