I’m From the Detroit area so was a interesting series for me!

A little late, but I finished this arc the other day. Really hit hard. There's a quote by Foucault that's floated through my mind all quarantine, but it resurfaced again as I listened to Amelia resist the pilot: "The major enemy is the fascism in us all, in our heads and in our everyday behavior, that causes us to love power." Thank you for this story, and for Night Vale, which continues to entertain and thrill me while also inspiring change and action.

When all this is over, I like to imagine we'll all meet up at the Moonlite All-Nite, and have breakfast for dinner. <3

The final episode of this series hit home in the most satisfying way. You wrote it months ago, but the words used are so directly applicable to present times. It felt like Cecil was talking us through what’s happening right now. And there was an end to that particular chaos, just like there will be an end to this one. Unintentional anathema, sure. But beneficial to the audience regardless. Forever thankful for this podcast. Almost 8 years, please never stop.

I just became a Patreon today because I listened to the episode, and you mentioned it has been almost 8 years today. I thought to myself, why am I not a Patreon yet, I definitely have gotten so much enjoyment out of this whole podcast that it’s worth it for sure.

Half Bred Chaos

Eheheh I dunno, Cecil's advice to lock yourself in... his statement about how "the worst part" is "the silence... The absence of help. The absence of hope." seems... especially relevant in this time of isolation, although I definitely agree that it's not too on the nose. It definitely wasn't on my mind the first time I heard it.
