After mucking around, I found the solution! (And have my tickets!!!!) You have to 'unlock' with the code several times throughout the process. Make sure you 'unlock' after selecting the seats, and before hitting "purchase".

In Canada, the "Artist Unlock" seems to switch to "American Express" unlock. Which means if you don't have Amex, you're up the creek. :( I'll definitely be buying as soon as I can actually pay for them.

According to Prekindle's customer service, the link on the WTNV website is not a valid link for the event, and they don't show that there should be any pre-sale. I've emailed info@welcometonightvale.com with details, so hopefully they can clear everything up.

I think Dallas might be the only one using Prekindle. I found the Dallas (and only the Dallas) one by searching the Prekindle site, but it says sales open Friday, and doesn't seem to have an option for pre-sales. https://www.prekindle.com/promo/id/531433527746585389

When I click on the San Diego show, it just has a list of pre-sales with a timer for each. The only one that will pop up today is the artist pre-sale. There isn't an option to select tickets, see prices, or enter a promo code. I think its just certain theaters as some have a pop up.

Same issues here at the Paramount for the Austin show. I had to remove the promo code and it shows available tickets. Seems like they turned on ticket sales for the general public by accident?

Okay, something is up with the Paramount Austin presale. It accepts the promo code but it doesn't work. Removing the code lets me buy tickets. It seems like anyone can buy tickets without a code right now???

It should be in the theater's page somewhere. For my theater, I had to look at a list of shows, click on Night Vale, then when I wanted to get one ticket, there was a spot for the code.
