I saw All Hail at the Apollo Victoria and loved it. I recently bought it to share it with my spouse because she didn't come with me, and we both cried. Truly one of my fave WTNV moments. And thank you for sharing it widely this way.

One strange thing about Bandcamp though... I put All Hail in my cart and The Attic was there as well. No way to change it, no cart in sight. Not even when checking out with PayPal. I set the price when I checked out and it was doubled because there were two albums. It was a bit surreal, as if they knew what I would need and then force it upon me. "Customers can pick up there ready-filled carts after checkout." Like finally getting your papers ready at City Hall and then finding out everything is double and there is no way back. I wonder, can an audio production be sent to the 'new' (well old now) landfill after use? I mean it is not physical or how you say that. You cannot touch it. But the audio-information, like data in an MP3, would need to be stored somewhere. I could bring my memory of listening to it to that landfill, but I don't want to part with it. And I have not listened yet.

I’ve been listening since the age of not-quite 13 back in early 2013. Needed to feel something but dread and despair so I restarted WTNV again. I can’t thank you enough for giving me something to rely on since before this nightmare began. “A friendly desert community….” And some of the fear in my heart subsides. Well, you say some people don't seem to want you in this world? Look at it this way: you feel you don't fit in sometimes. You feel different? Be glad to be different. Congrats with that! It is a compliment when people notice that. I knew a man who did not like the sight of me, even if I never did anything. Some people have rules in their head and they feel I don't fit in. Nowadays I laugh at people like that. They are nothing to be jealous of and certainly nothing you want to hang around with. Maybe you're not really from this planet, like I feel sometimes. I mean I feel like I'm not from here, except for nature of Mother Earth of course. Hey... come to think of it... would you like to be Dragon somtimes? Like in Night Vale? If yes, how many heads? Or maybe an Angel? If so, what colour Wings would you have?

It definitely helped, thank you. I know that, objectively, things overall are so much better than they were decades ago. I still increasingly feel that there is a large amount of people in the world that don't want me, or people like me, in it. It helps a lot to hear that I am not alone. We exist. We hold each other.

I’m very scared about the future of the world. A lot more than in 2016. Dictatorships often start with elected officials and the democracy in the US keeps eroding. The US is such a huge power in the world and while it’s definitely not perfect I can’t help but imagine that what’s to come will be much much worse (whether it be the US as an even worse version of itself or another power becoming more dominant or total chaos)
