Nice chapter, so the golden rings are actually onion rings? I had a feeling that it was about food. So the Scarvians basically drains their victims life and fat but it's a real question what does Rukia wants with the harvested fat? My bet that she wants to put it inside herself to become bigger and fatter without eating and digesting. All in all, it was great to see something about Rinari's past.

This is unexpected to have more enemies. Also The King of frogs looks almost like King K Rool from DK country. Interesting food sources but very deadly.
