the mesh is based on the ingame model, so maybe something with the lights?

Hmm the textures is based on the original one, so probably the eye shader + lighting. I'll look into it.

My main issue with the nipples is the overflow I added, it looks kind uncomfortable.

I don't mind the nips showing a little, but the more I look at it the less I like it. That may be because it is a slight deviation from how that outfit would normally look, but take that as you will.
