I am still waiting for the hair, but I decided to put on the original mesh hair and do a preview of the model.
I should have the hair tomorrow, but in the meantime I can still animate.
Tracer will be the shortest girl, only slightly taller than D.Va, Also it felt a bit weird without her visor, but the visor itself felt too videogamey, so I decide to give her glasses that kinda look like the visor.

So first of all, that cock is still absolutely huge to any realistic standards, just maybe not in 3DX. I am usually going by the character and what feels right, for example for tracer and widow I purposely chose a smaller size cause of their frame.

So Rikolo how are you determining the cock size for each futa? I mean Zarya was huge and Pharah and Brigitte were big as well. But Tracer cock though amazing looks a bit smaller from your previous works.

Wouldn't call it huge. I guess you could slim down the cheek part. The glasses from her Origin, Cadet or Track and Field skins could also work, i guess.
