What a magnificent project! Just LOVE this book! One tip tho: it's easier to glue the cardboard on the coverpage while actually on the light table! So the coverpage is upside down on the light table and on top of it you glue the cardboard. In this case you don't have to measure everything out. ;-)

Sorry - I don't have a version with no background. You could probably up the contrast to get rid of most of the background.
