1°- The rebellion occurs, but it is crushed by the royal forces with the help of the intervention of the forces of Xandar, in exchange for land and other things in Westeros.
2°- Robert's rebellion ends with the eradication of the Targaryen, with the help of Azrael, due to connected interests between the two.
As you know, so far Xandar maintains a very good disposition with the Targaryen, however, if option two is the one they prefer, I will make the ties between the two (Xandar and Targaryen), break with logical reasons.

It may well be an option, to remain neutral and only safeguard his interests within King's Landing (Rhaenys Hill) while taking advantage of the chaos to gain more power and connections within Westeros. That could well be obtained through the Martells, especially since the North already has a good relationship with Xandar.

And furthermore in the end the goal of the MC is to dominate all so helping either side isn't really in his interest, that would juste renforce is futur enemies.

I love the story but I think that Xandar should remain neutral in this conflict because neither side are really good to take but the MC could rescue the Targaryen child (Danearys not Vyseris he is a little shit) and / or Elia Martel and her children this should help him set foot in Westeros by having the legitimate heir to the throne (Danearys) and the gratitude of house Martel

Well, not everyone is insane, (I'm talking about those who were or are alive at the moment) Aerys was a man who went insane when faced with death, starvation and torture by his own hand. Rhaegar became an asshole looking to give meaning to a prophecy that led him and almost all his family to death, crazy too, and Viserys, a boy who lost his home, family and protection at an early age and who ended up living in constant persecution with his sister even younger than him. So well, it was logical that they fell into madness, at least the first and the last.

It is known that Rhaegar could have been a good king, he had been prepared for that, due to the actions of his father, resulting in him rejecting the grotesque actions of his father, however, his eagerness and blindness for a prophecy made him a bad person as a future ruler, something that ended well in his death.

The Targaryens are crazy, why would they help them? They were also Dragonriders so Robert's better win the throne.
