You’re going to become my workout submissive, but you also devote it to your existing dominant too. This file makes the workout itself a submissive act, and it will keep you motivated to get your ass up and do it. You will come to see the work you put in and the improvements in your body and health as submissive gifts.
The control extends only to your workout. It has no effect on any existing or future (d/s) relationships. And of course there are some safety rules.
This is the basic file. I intend to make specific files for different sports, as well as specific workout programs.
