You should start from the beginning of her discography! Since you started at the most recent I think it’d be poetic like Lana to listen to her first studio album next, born to die. HOWEVER, if you don’t start from the beginning then I highly suggest Ultraviolence, it’s a completely different sound from this (everything she produces is very different) but it’s my favorite as you get old rock elements and in my opinion some of her best vocals to date! Loved the reaction by the way

Next should be Honeymoon or Lust For Life. After that should be Chemtrails Over The Country Club. Then Blue Banisters. Then Ultraviolence. And lastly, probably her best album, Norman Fucking Rockwell. I don’t really like Born To Die and I don’t think you would love it either.

I suggest Norman Fucking Rockwell! or Ultraviolence next, unless you want to start at the beginning with Born to Die and go through her discography in order, which would also be great to see!

If you go through her back catalogue you'll hear that she can't be put into a box or defined as one genre - she does many different things, and she doesn't always use her delicate voice - she has many different facts to her voice and uses it like an instrument. She has a very deep rich low register which was a signature part of her earlier sound.

She has said that Fingertips is her entire life story condensed into a 5 minute song. She's said it was 'automatic singing' - essentially implying it wasn't written out or pre-planned, she just sang her thoughts out loud as she was having them. I assume they then built the instrumentation around that.
