There are many ways to shape the body. I mainly use imported DAZ shapekeys for it and sculpt the bodies a bit after to my liking. As for physics, there are many ways to do it and I'm constantly trying out new stuff. I'd recommend checking out Lewdineer's and augmero_nsfw's methods.

You’re so kind. Well I’m mainly struggling with getting my physics to give that heavier feeling you do so well, as well as shaping breasts larger to feel realistic and heavy. I’ve been trying to achieve that squish feeling between fingers and what not
