Did you forget that Tine lead the charge on bullying Lene at the start of the story? Mocking her and humiliating her just because she was overweight? Lene has no reason to believe Tine has changed (and neither do we as the readers, she could still be a bitch for all we know). Lene sees Andre, her boyfriend, being approached by Tine, his ex-girlfriend, whom also bullied her - I think its completely understandable that she wants Tine to stay well away from her and anything in her life. If you want Andre and Tine to get back together, you really need to look back at how unappreciative she was shown to be of him.
