Kate rework
🕑 Added 2020-09-06 18:33:55 +0000 UTCHello friends! as you know we have been working on some reworks. The idea its make the dialogs characters design similar to the scenes characters design. Now Kate has a defined hair and face and I also improved some aspects of light and shadow that make the anatomy of the character look more consistent. It is worth mentioning that all this may cause some resistance to changes, we're all used to seeing the characters in a certain way from the beginning but don't worry, now I have more experience and when I see my old draws I can realize they were quite uglyes. So what do you think? We need feedback to make a better game so don't doubt in comment. I hope you like it and see you soon!

Thats correct. This face don't have emotion because is the generic. But Kate have other faces and arms depends of dialogs context.
i like the older style better. The newer face doesn't show emotion or personality as well. The eyes especially look too dull and muted, but I also preferred the older outfit. It outlined her figure better, even if not realistically.

Space Doughnut here~ So you went with how she would look in the newer scenes, ya? Well, I can definitely say that the left side looks more appealing than the right side. But if your goal was (and it IS now.) to make it look like the newer scenes, then ya. I'd say she looks more like the scenes now. I personally like the old look better, because it captures Kate's personality in the game well. (but it's not up to me to decide that in the end) My complaints with the new design is... I wish you'd ease up on her eyelashes. Because It looks like she uses way too much Eye-liner now. Kate's Blonde hair doesn't stand out as well now, the yellow is a bit too... Muted I'd say. That's all the feed back I can offer
