Weekly progress report
🕑 Added 2020-09-10 18:55:48 +0000 UTCHello guys! As expected for a Thursday it's time for our progress report, this week we have been working on stuff that isn't ready for showing or telling yet, but we will have something to show you soon.
Now what we can tell you? For Kate's rework, Agrosan listened to your feedback on her new design, so he is working on her eyes and face, he thinks this new rework will be up during the weekend. Aside from that we'll have new scene previews for the NG+ scenes on this weekend too.
For NBNL, I couldn't work much this week I had an extreme week so I couldn't sleep much or do anything that didn't involve IRL work, so things aren't that different from last week, but on the good side I was having some writer's block for v 0.7 and I just got over it, so I think I'll be going faster.
Now since this progress report is kind of boring let's add some trivia, like the cut content fro Lust Vessel (I know I talked some of it but I'm not sure if I talked about all ) Like when we weren't planing on making a game with some finish line like we ended up doing, we thought the ship could crash in some planet or some space pirates could raid the ship. Aside from that we discussed adding real bad endings, although the only one that got into the game was Selene's bad ending, the idea was to have an ending that Kate ended up mind broken if you got too much Lust but considering the feedback we got on Selene's ending most of you would end up mind broken before getting to Selene.
I think that last part makes the report more interesting, hopefully next week we'll have more pictures of stuff or at least more things to write!

The issue is mostly about quantity of drawings, specially at the beginning Agrosan could make 2 scenes per version and that was it, with some help we managed to reach 3 and a bonus. But if we added extra scenes triggered by extra lust the game would have progressed very slowly. But lust is required by many scenes in like a couple scenes for Myra and Cheba, although Lust requirements are way lower for that scenes, so that's why people won't notice it

For Lust Vessel, Honestly, I was wondering how big the lust points actually play into the game. I thought building up lust would open up Kate into doing more lewd options, but it was only for Selene. I never got the bad ending with Selene on my first try because I kinda figured out nothing else really happens. Naturally adding something like lust points, people would think More Lust = More Sex. It also explained that in the tutorial that Lust would affect things in the game. But durring my playthroughs I've found that having too much Lust (Up to this date) only plays in 2 roles. Selene Bad ending and Selene Route Giant Slime monster. I hoped Lust played a bigger role in the game like "Would I get punished if I lost to enemies too much?" Or "would I get rewarded for having Sex with everyone?" I hope you don't Abandon some of these ideas, because in my Opinion, there's a lot of opportunities you could take advantage of in Lust Vessel, or in possible sequels/works you'd like to do. For example, there was a Glory hole in one of the rooms on the ship. I was hoping Kate would take advantage of something like that. I cant wait for you next update!
