I love this audio series, the characters have great development, and feel real. However something has been bothering me about this episode. And it is about the books. So I know Leo Tolstoy, Salman Rushdie, and who I am going to assume is Maya Angelou. But who is Duclaux (don't know if that is how you spell it). Is it Agnes Mary Frances Duclaux? I am legitimately confused as well as looking for some *ahem* quarantine reading.

44 mins, here we go… “Getting wet never killed anyone!” Welllllllll… JK JK Oooof but heels are so uncomfortable! Surely there are other professional shoes she can wear that aren’t HEELS? Ah, but I’m really liking the different SFX not just in the little noises added in, but in the way the speaker sounds near or far based on where she is in relation to the listener. Like the part when they’re discussing the place, she sounds more echoey and I just thought that was a really nice touch! And then we got something being snuggled around the binaural and I legit got a tingle or 2 from it! <3 LOL “Baby bean” LOL. Also, nice quarantine and horny jokes, but you missed the perfect chance to make a horny jail joke :P JK JK “Here’s my couch, it’s where I do all my best napping, aaaaand that’s about it.” LITERALLY ME THO!!! Like, I have a decently sized apartment but my “primary domain” is literally JUST the couch LOLOLOL Oh nerd, having all these smart books in her personal library :P, my sorry ass just reads fanfic Ope is she the librarian now? JK JK Also, excuse you, digital readings are VALID, Ms. Boomer :P LOL the listener calling her out, ah but what she said about how she used to be a reader before she got busy? That’s like the extent of my cooking skills (plus eggs, soup and anything that goes in a microwave). Awww but I love how excitable and feisty this lady is. Her dialogue really crackles! And DA, you do such a great job of sounding hyper or teasing or sarcastic, as the character demands it. You gave her a very dynamic voice! The entire dance scene was so cute, funny and sweet! This is the stuff of fanfics and ships!! <3 “binging porn” Call me ou- “Big honking tits” LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL LOL this lady’s description of her first time sounds like what mine would be, oooof LOL But awwwwww she’s so sweet, checking up on the listener “Who’s steering this ship?” I feel like this is a meta-question bc the answer is Sofi, since she’s the author (sorry bad joke LOL) “patience is a virgin” LOL Im dead OMG the listener called her SIR, LOLOLOLOL Ah but I love the little hints of domineering as the 2 continue to flirt with each other, Sofi, you’re very good at writing the build up! OMG YOU TOOK FULL ADVANTAGE OF THE BINAURAL MIC THIS EP AND I LOVE ITTTTTTTTT (thank you Sofi for writing it and thank you DA for bringing it to life, you both blessed my ears with binaural) Like, I know there were several places with explicit binaural, but my favorite has always been ear licking so I’m so glad it was in this audio (fun fact, that’s part of why “New Plaything” is my favorite NSFW, sorry Sofi, LOL) Also, meta level, I love that she keeps asking us to tell her what we want bc I’m like “bitch you can’t hear me, this is an audio” but that’s just bc I’m a sarcastic lil shit But real talk, this was a REALLY good scene. Sofi, the writing was impeccable, and of course DA killed the performance just like always. I won’t say more bc TMI, but bravo to both of you! This was an excellent balance of sweet and sexy! Domineering but gentle. (OMFG the digital joke LOL) Yeah im always dying to get off… work :P “Are you sassing me?” Yes. LOLOLOLOLOL Seriously, Sofi, you do so well switching between sexy, heartfelt and sweet and I like the human element of how nervous and caring the character is for the listener! You write such excellent dialogue and such relatable characters! Like, most of her dialogue I was just sitting there going “Mood.” I can see shades of the human elements you were talking about and I’m very interested in seeing what comes next But for now, AMAZING work to both you and DA. Especially DA, making such a long audio! This is a new record and it is WILDLY impressive. All the SFX and all the voices (even tho there was only one character, all the emotions she went thru) Like, this was half a movie length and you did all of it alone! (Minus the writing). DA, trust me, you’re one badass queen for making this and making it so well with so much attention to detail! All the kudos and praise to our hardworking DA, this must’ve been a beast of an audio but you got it done and it did not disappoint AT ALL! It was so much fun to listen to and, IMO, all your work more than paid off! Be proud! Woot woot! Oh, but the ending was so painfully real, like damn. Also, “so soon”? They just fucked. Sorry, lol But real talk, Sofi, how can u not like ur writing and characterizing? If I was as good, I’d reread my own shit every damn day LOL, this was an excellent part! And this is coming from a chick who didn’t think she was that into CoC(k) :P But aside from the painfully serious and relatable ending, this audio really did make me smile. There were so many cute, sweet, funny moments. Sofi and DA, you guys make a great team!

This has quickly become one of my absolute favorite series. I just love the dynamic of both people exploring a d/s relationship together for the first time and I love this character. The way it all developed felt so natural, it was fantastic. I was curious how the nsfw part would be and it was also so well written. The way she made the listener ask for it was just 😣. This character really is just perfect for DA, I gotta say. xD And then the drama at the end. Damn, that was so well done. This kind of situation is always really tricky and I'm SO excited to see where this relationship will go next. You're a fantastic writer, sofi! I'm so hyped for the FxM version, you have no idea.
