Yeah but it will quickly turn into thousands of images. (especially with this animation of 12 different video files of each of 8000 frames it will go into 96.000 pngs. An Mp4 makes it more easier to handle with.

I assume you still use Unity? In Blender at least you could technically import a image sequence with transparency.
