I had more fun than I thought I would with this animation. Her being pregnant means I can focus on the tum right from the start which helps ease into the rest of the animation.
I couldn't decide whether to have the cores she ate affect her pregnancy or that they 'activated' in her tum and had the cores struggling around so I left it vague so that you can decide what happened.
Also, I just wanted to try drawing that version of Rex cos I thought it would be fun

Well you could always get right to tum stuff in a stuffing or vore setting. By now you've more than proven you can do every step really good, so I don't think anyone would mind if you make an animation or two which jumps right past any initial swallowing or growth.
