Tipping in the UK is basically included in the receipt.. usually 12-15% but then you never know how they distribute that money among the staff. Also a lot of cashless places meaning you gotta tip with your card

The HOA here won't even let mailboxes be different colors or be slightly discolored. I heard from an old neighbor they wouldn't even allow flags other than the American flag like sports flags.
