I've recently decided Bill based his human form a little on Nikola Tesla since Ford absolutely has a big gay crush on his mind AND face. He starts out wearing the full three-piece suit but as time goes on he starts to remove one piece and then the other around Ford to try to give him the sense that he's gaining familiarity with his muse, that he's growing more comfortable and relaxed around him. Oh Ford.... it's all a ploy.......
