Hi I just repledged and tried to dm the bot for my invite but it just replies saying I’m not a supporter. I have linked my discord and followed the steps correctly. I noticed that the support channel is closed at the moment and thought I would try my luck here. Thank you.

Hi Faizan, I see that the support channel is closed. Even though I have been a patreon for a few months now, I havent received an invite this month. When I DM the bot, I get this message: Something went wrong, ping @Paper#1932 with the following message `ERROR INSTANCE ID: julsncfv1oo79tlfoy2xp7`. How can I solve this?

If you’re on a qualifying Patreon Tier (any of the 3 tiers) then you can message the TestFlight bot (called DM ME FOR INVITE, first user in the right sidebar) in the Discord server the following command “pb bi ” without quotes and replacing with the email you want to receive the invite on. You will have to enable messages from the Paperback discord server in order to send the message, to do so simply right click the server icon in the server list and turn on “Allow direct messages from server members” under “Privacy Settings”

Understood, I'll just keep it open and hopefully can get in when it opens back up, I did the lowest tier, so will automatically subscribe to one of the pre-defined tiers when it opens back up or will I have to change it myself?

Hello, the TestFlight is currently at capacity which is why the tiers have been restricted. Assuming you subscribed recently, you do not qualify for the benefits attached to the tiers (TestFlight invite, Discord Role, etc) because you made a custom pledge. You can either wait until tiers open in ~25 days or get a refund on your pledge.

Join the paperback discord and go to #external-repos. Click add to paperback on whichever extension you want. Keep the app open on external sources and it should add it to your list of repositories.
