Because he shouldn't be able to do that unless he has an extremely high affinity.

Erick Thiemke

Chapter 122 is in book 3 collection

the posion story is silly, I still don't know why he can't say he figured he could take part of the brain or heart after dumping everything else in his space

The brass probably dont believe him. Castile did after all take her sweet time saying she knew he had a larger space than he said. Remember, if they dig and confirm it will be easier for truthseekers to find out. Its plausible deniability.

He should have ran off while he could. Everyone thought he was dead and there would have been days in between them checking the area. I get his hesitation after Maveith found him but still... He's gotten himself in the eye of the shitstorm this time.

I have enjoyed the story up until now but think you need to reconsider the “ I poisoned a building size lizard” as his go to here He has never shown any poison ever and all of a sudden he is supposed to have something strong enough to kill a dragon? Not buying it. I think he should come clean with the higher ups and then have them agree to keep the secret Poison doesn’t float

I'm still reserving judgement on things until I see how you play things out with Konstantin and Flavius, but this seemed glazed over big time...

Lot more spelling/grammar issues this post than I originally remember. Word to Author.

I still think a decent argument could have been made that the Summoner's domination of the Wyvern's mind lowered its innate defenses enough to allow him to admit Eryk excised a bit of brain that killed it. Maybe when it's known his space is bigger (and thus his affinity is likely higher) than it really currently 'known'...this truth can come out.
