yes, all of 7. last chapter of 7 is being posted tonight with epilouge planned for tomorrow. book 6 will be split since people didnt like the second half. so techincally book 6 will be 6 and 7 (going to add 25 chaptersish to both after the split) and book 7 is book 8

karmaslap

If I up to Seraphim do I get the rest of 5+ 6 and most of 7?

Kevin O'Malley

I like her.

Erik Zimmerman

Incredibly tired of Glasha.

Trevayne

Thanks for the chapters. Looking forward to seeing if Eryk can get through this without killing anybody, if he can.

Brianna Stormcloud

Thanks for the chapter, Glasha seems to be in the habit of accidentally forgetting to give out all the relevant information!

Aaron Spielman

I would like to suggest some more description of Zorana’s general appearance. I think this’d be a good place for it since we only know Mav’s memory of her and have not had a reminder for that description (which is years’ old) in 1-2 books at this point. Unless you plan on more detailed revelation in a later chapter, of course.

There are untouched groves a dozen miles northeast of the city. They are rare but can be found there,” Glasha replied. “Tarnasha learned of the trial from one of the Elders. Mynasha is going to have difficulty with it, so my hope is [that] you can aid her.” Pixies were tricksters and not overtly dangerous unless you threatened them or their home. They would not be happy with having one or more of their number abducted. “I should be able to help. I will come back tomorrow morning, and we can formulate a strategy.” Glasha stopped walking and turned to me. “Didn’t I tell you? Unless it is part of a [trial], no one who enters the valley can leave until a Supreme is selected,” Glasha said innocently. “No. You definitely failed to mention that,” I said, annoyed.”* Final Edited Version: *“There are untouched groves a dozen miles northeast of the city. The large structures were spaced about a hundred yards apart, and they continued far into the valley. As the number of occupied structures increased, I studied the orcs and moving about their business to service the leaders of the Caliphate. Most walked with purpose and were laden with goods. Some appeared to be running messages between the buildings by the haste in their steps. Glasha abruptly turned her pony down a path to a structure. I turned off the dark stone primary path, to follow Glasha. Two elite orc warriors flanked the wide entrance to the long house. Even Glasha’s title was not going to gain her quick entrance. The tattooed guards stepped to block her approach even before she reached the door. Glasha, in a strongly irritated tone, barked, “Tell Jhuarkasha that Chronologicaler Glasha is here to discuss The Choosing.” A graying orc exited the structure at her words and studied Glasha before retreating back inside without saying a word. Glasha growled so only I could hear, “I hope you appreciate me supplicating myself. Once you identify your goliath, let me know and I will extract us.”

Glasha groaned comically[.] “I don’t know if it is going better or worse than expected. Tarnasha has been in six shouting matches since yesterday with the Elders about protocols. Your appearance will cause another series of arguments, I am sure.” She grinned madly. I could tell she was having fun even with the Caliphate’s future in the balance. “What of the competition?” I asked the red-haired orc woman. “Five other candidates for Supreme[.] Two others have already pulled [out]. There will be a sixth if Cleric Ottasha presses his candidacy when he arrives[,]” she said mildly. “Three are favored more heavily than Mynasha, though. It is not going to be an easy road.”

“..part of a trial” - not trail

Possible title- Eyes on the Prize

Salvo

So the pathfinder’s horses as a whole don’t have riders feeding them apples! Lol!

Erick Thiemke

to be fair, she probably expected them to show up as a group

Erick Thiemke

perhaps, but more likely the experienced Pathfinders are securing the lands they conquered in the Western Telhian Empire - the MC depleted their ranks some

only warlords can own slaves in teh Caliphate

Justin Barnett

Question: is Eryk still wearing his manticore pouch? In book 2 Maveith said it was a status symbol for Goliaths. The slaves might take notice of him if he’s wearing it.

james freeman

Was there an explanation why Eric can’t just buy Zorana (I’m assuming I’ve missed it given the clear suggestion they’re going to be smuggled out)

If can leave now You can leave now

Salvo

Little does the audience know, but the pathfinder horses were explaining to Eryk the riddle of the path, where one neighs only truths while the other snorts only lies! Deftly, he asked if they wanted an apple and the liar was forced to flee in defeat.

KipBR

Something happened irl and I needed the distraction.

Kyle Cunnane

Seriously, the quality to output ratio is insane

Kyle Cunnane

Seems like it’s all she does lol

The Old Guy

The speed of your writing and correcting is, seriously, impressive. It's been getting difficult to find actual polished stuff; that posts multiple times a week. Thanks for the chap

corrected on the master, next time I paste it will be fixed

Silver Beard

Thanks; Glasha [Mynasha] has not even been recognized as a candidate yet.” Mynasha [Glasha] seemed to consider as we walked If[You] can leave I sent aether to [my eyes] them to see better

Andrew

Thank you!

Hudson Mckenna

"We walked past a number of large longhouses as we made our way deeper into the valley. Each large building had support smaller support" Support is said twice instead of once

Eriach

Got the itch eh?

Eriach

Bad Glasha for withholding information

KipBR

Thank you so much for this chapter I needed it. Also yeah, he should be pretty good at this. Just find a pixie and *yoink* . . . Ta da! Release pixie into a cage before you are all the way back. The biggest issue will be avoiding sabotage.
