I wanted to say I appreciated all your comments! Also nah, they changed the powder they use entirely, haha. Thanks for reading!

TYFTC! Bummer about the Macha, I hope that it was just a bad pour instead of a systemic change. :(. I do love Cale's ability to sow chaos wherever he goes, yet the vast majority of it is positive types of chaos. Now how can Cale work with his puppy, and deal with the clown?

Need to find a way to put another 2 in the title

"Left" is a great one, haha. It's not dissimilar to incredibly dangerous, unpredictable, and unstable artificing. In very rare cases, this results in an (extremely limited supply) of a revolutionary material for artificing, like crystals that amplify an input spell. Most of the time, though, it's a useless or detrimental effect with an absurd condition, e.g. "these objects will start screaming if anyone whose name has three syllables come into contact with them."

Silver Linings

Yes!

Jason Gross

The events of this chapter part occur before the events of the previous chapter part, right?

Can we have an example of one of these weird property explosions? I can only image something like “left” but i’m sure there’s significantly more interesting things that could happen.

Very nice

Oh, yeah, it's especially bad this chapter, huh? Sometimes if I'm in a certain headspace or over-edit a chapter some tics become way more apparent. I've gone ahead and edited out a bunch of them; thanks for pointing that out! As for Cale, as with Book 1, my focus is going to be on balancing his lighter side with his darker moments. It's one of the considerations I have when I'm plotting out an arc (to make sure there aren't just long segments of endless non-serious Cale.)

Aight, I gotta call you out. You use the word "Probably" way too often. I'm making this comment just as I start the story. There's no reason for that word to be there. Use it for hard hitting comedy. Related, Cale's personality is fun a charming right now but you cannot let it get too much.
