Well, Knock spell makes the knocking sound and unlocks things... maybe... unlock skull? Forcefully?

TYFTC! Oooh, are the students able to tap into some sort of Haelforge precog network? I do feel bad for Aurs, although I do hope this helps him get out of the scenario he is currently in and able to move on and learn more about how things DO work as opposed to should work in theory.

Nah he would've gone longer but then he heard about that discovery he missed and immediately stopped to learn more about it.

Cale's burning lot's of expensive artifacts that allow other access his mana. So I'm thinking it's not about Cale pushing mana, but he's just carrying stuff that allow others to pull it from him. It would completely overwhelm anyone at the other end. But it's like a faucet that taps into ocean, it's pulling out of ocean goes easily, but if for any reason ocean would push that would break it easily.

Wait until that professor learns about Cale, lol. He’ll be alternating between drooling over the amount of knowledge Cale has and then grasping his head screaming “that’s not how it works!” When Cale inevitability let’s slip his Caleyness.

Incoming Cale as a guest lecturer for Household Magic related to backing?

Let me guess They weaponised the ,,knock" spell by targeting his skull sending a knock through it?

I'm still amazed that there are channelers that can handle Cale's sustained output for a while. We know that he cannot handle less mana than a sixth tier spell (unless the spell designed to be really inefficient), and even that is just a moment of her mana output. (basically he opens and then closes the faucet instantly) To channel mana means he channels every second enough mana for at least a 10th tier spell, right? And I know those channelers break after a while but not instantly or even every second. That's robust. And also probably expensive
