This was one of the hypest chapters of this novel. Bro really sacrificed almost every body function to turn into the hulk.

Indeed! I am blessed to have the support I do. For years, I've fought this shit all by myself and made exactly zero progress. In fact it only got worse. But now that I have my wife my side, adult friends, and a supportive community, I'm finally making the right steps forward.

Great chapter. You’ve been killing it lately! Glad to hear that all the steps you’ve been taking to get yourself healthy and happy are reflecting in your work so obviously! :-), Keep it up and if u do ever stumble reach out. It sounds like you have a great support network both IRL and this community

Beeees!

Really loved this chapter. Im thinking our man did more damage than he realized while he rampaged at the end. Bet he hits top 5 contribution for sure

Hey, i feel all those things and more. Crazy how doing more makes doing other things easier sometimes. As a fellow lazy cunt who cant get off his ass to go to the gym, i would recomend starting with 2-3 days of 20-30 min home workouts. You can get so much of so little when it comes to exercise, as long as you are consistent week to week.

I'm pretty skinny myself. Stress, poor appetite, shit tons of coffee over the years and yeah, I've kept my weight in a rather healthy range. But my muscles are pathetically weak, like holy shit. Back and neck problems galore. Keep at it man! Progress is made one step at a time! Best of luck!

Damn, that sounds so similar to the problems I've been dealing with as well, and I've also cut back on the energy drinks and mobile games lol. My brother lives near me so he and I have started going to the gym together. I have consistently done nothing since the start of highschool in like 2011 and went from playing sports to playing league of legends and World of Warcraft. For 10+ years I've consistently weighed 352 pounds. Sounds specific, but no joke, every few years I'd see a doctor for this or that(usually ear or throat infection, or a fucked ankle a couple times) and EVERY times it's been 352. Not 351 or 353.. 352. Pretty sure I'm pre-diabetic which has made me stop craving sweets almost completely due to it making me feel awful, and started just buying rotisserie chickens, bought a rice cooker, and divy up meals for a few days in advance. 1 chicken is roughly 4 meals for me, with 1 ish cups of cooked rice and some trader Joe's sauces that are low cal. 2 months in of gym with my brother+eating that and I've only gone from benching bar+10's on each side to bar+35s on each, but I've also gained tons of chest muscle, which is helping to made my moobs look closer to pecs(still have a ways) and I'm down 27 pounds, even with muscle gain. I feel a lot better. It's hard. It's hard feeling like people are judging me at the gym or laughing at me, but it's worth it. And more and more I get a bit more confident. Get someone you know to go with you. Just a few times a week. You can have cheaty days here and there. Just do the small changes. Light mayo and slightly less of it. Less ketchup or try healthier dips. Etc. I'm happy for you, and even if you don't go to the gym, walking is great! Keep it up, man!

Thank you very much! I have indeed had many problems, and I'm still suffering from several issues regarding physical and mental health. But I've taken a number of steps in the right direction, such as completely dropping coffee, eating better, getting more sleep, going out walking more frequently, spending more time with friends and family, and maybe most importantly, I've returned to spending more quality time doing things I actually enjoy. I've had a major problem with overconsuming social media brainrot and god-awful mobile games that ate a bunch of my time and gave back nothing but short and meaningless bursts of dopamine hits that provided no value to my life. I still struggle to get myself to exercise. That one's still a bitch because I'm a lazy cunt, but I feel I'm very close to finally getting myself off my ass and into a gym. Interestingly enough, despite directing so much effort into everything other than work, it made work so much easier. I'm not only more inspired, but I'm a fuck ton more focused and passionate about the work. I no longer dread having to sit down and write because I stay on top of future plots and have a solid direction in mind. Overall, life has been good. Thank you for your concern, and I really, really appreciate the support! Cheers, mate!
