Been looking forward to this since the Deadly Premonition endurance runs, in which Jeff & Ryan kept dropping Twin Peaks references and Brad & Vinny kept not getting them.

The intro Log Lady monologue radically switching gears and transitioning into the funky Watchcast theme was very funny

The Endurance Runs constantly had comments talking about Twin Peaks, which is when I bought the box set. And how I became a Lynch fan, honestly. So I'm really, really looking forward to Vinny and Brad realizing how much Deadly Premonition took from this show.

Been a hard mental health week and this podcast has helped immensely in distracting me. The care Alex puts into every episode is highly appreciated! Thanks to all of you for your hard work on this series, it's quickly become my most anticipated listen every week.

I was 10 when Twin Peaks came out, so I never saw it at the time, I had to wait until the 1st season DVD boxset came out. But I did listen to that Moby song that sampled the theme tune, a hell of a lot.

I have always ordered my eggs over hard, I am sorry to offend.

I only watched this for the first time probably 6-7 years ago and boy it blew my mind. Sort of ironically as this show was the seed why shows like lost happened (which obsessed me for years). This blows it out the water sooo good

One of my favorite shows of all time

I recently binged the 1st 2 seasons, movie and finally the 3rd season over the past 2 weeks. Overall I loved it despite the uneven 2nd season. I need more. Also Dale Cooper quickly became one of my favorite characters.

After all these years, excited to finally watch the live action Deadly Premonition adaptation.

Alex touched upon this, but I had a similar thing happen in my small town. The local movie theaters refused to play Kiss The Girls because of it. One was in my neighborhood and one was close friends with my GF at the time. Never a fun thing to remember.

This is a DAMN FINE return from hiatus. Thrilled to have an excuse to rewatch this show.

I also can’t believe Funko made a Laura wrapped in plastic figurine.

Can't wait to listen to this one, but especially can't wait for next week. Episode 3 (aka Episode 2) is really when Twin Peaks emerges into its true form...
