Real late on this one but the level 12 cap on BG3 was a choice that's probably remaining. Devs said balance goes off the rails after 12 and they found it hard to keep players from getting too overpowered.

My sister lived in a house in Florida where some native Americans were massacred about 120 years ago. It was said to be haunted and they heard voices as well as noises at night. I fell asleep there once and had nightmares too.
