I liked Revelations as much as Brotherhood, and especially appreciated how it ended. I think it had a lame tower defense mode, but it was optional outside of one mandatory battle.

I guess I may be the only other person here who finished AC: Mirage and may be the only human alive who got the platinum trophy. Here is my sage advice: Uh, don’t do that. If anything, Vinnie has a kinder opinion of the ending than I did. Mirage’s ending is worse and less satisfying than Revelations; a game in which ironically had no new plot revelations. At least that one had Ezio make a good speech about the creed and literally tell the concept of time to “take this job and shove it.” I won’t spoil the ending to Mirage, but not only does it use one of the most played out tropes in modern fiction, but does an almost a beat for beat recreation of probably the most significant example of the trope. It also acts like no one had done this trope before and the kicker is that I still don’t understand why that mattered. It’s okay if you need an old school AC fix since it is closer to the pre-Origin games, but it is still just a middling version of that. It’s better than Unity, I guess? I’m not even sure about that.
