Eberron is my favorite setting! I wish more was do with it in other media, like with Forgotten Realms. It did get a middling RTS (Dragonshard) and a MMO (D&DO: Stormreach), but neither did the setting any justice

We hated our neighbors enough that we sold our house 18 months after putting a new roof on. They never did any maintenance or upkeep, and then had a sinkhole develop under the corner of their house that was only six feet from ours and right by our fence post. When we told them about the hole, they did nothing to fix it. So I reported them to the county and put my house up for sale. After seeing our house listing online, they left a nasty note in our mailbox saying how crappy the inside was and that we’d never get the asking price. But we did, and the same day I got the check from the sale I left a reply note on their door to rub their poor white trash noses in it.

I'm a corporate accountant. A capital expenditure is something you acquire and expense over its useful life, so like a vehicle that gets depreciated over 5 years or you bought a building and it gets 39 years. So big spends that last over a year, and the actual depreciation expense hits monthly over time. Operating expenses and Selling and Admin are generally things that occur in the period, like a plane ticket or marketing or you bought a cable. CapEx usually has some sort of company policy to stay consistent. What's fun is there's a net book value done one way, and tax depreciation that can be done another way (we do straight line, but then overly complicated MACRS formulas for the tax side, woo). Though most fixed asset systems do the heavy lifting on the actual calculations.

In certain states the no contact/restraining order will have language that will barr the person from keeping the protected party under any kind of surveillance. Worked in the Washington Court System.

South Carolina definitely has an income tax. In fact their top rate is the 11th highest in the country. Most states that don’t have income taxes tend to have higher property taxes to fund things.
