Struck by stress illness, Have to skip this month's AH cycle

I'll start off by saying, this isn't like a hiatus announcement or anything. Next month will have the normal cycle and I will still be working on my projects most of this month as normal.
I just got hit with a stress illness. I think I've mentioned trying to control my stress levels on here a few times but I don't know if I've mentioned the illness specifically on here. TL;DR on that is lots of pain, chills, hot flashes and mostly being rendered physically weak and useless until its over, and its always triggered when I let myself overwork.
I saw how close I was to finishing the Succuquest update last month and went overboard trying to see if I could finish it before the start of the AH cycle. Which I did... And then got hit way harder than usual right after. Slept excessively the first couple days then the actual stress illness hit on the third, and lasted through the fourth and even now I have a headache lingering from it.
Generally I try to do everything I can not to miss a cycle, but usually I *start* the update around the first, and have my first new thing for the live updates by the 4th or 5th. Already it's the fifth and I'm still not recovered yet. The only way I could do a release on time would be to work extra hard and fast, directly after getting sick from working too hard and fast.
So, currently my plan is to take it easy a couple more days, and avoid touching any code, and then resume my work as usual after that. Anything I happen to get done for AH within this month's cycle I'll roll over into next month's so that I don't get tempted to meet the deadline for this month.
Thanks for your patience, and sorry about this. Unlike a random disease where you can't be blamed for getting it, this one's entirely my fault for not managing my workload properly last week. Thanks for all of your support and I'll try to do a better job of balancing my workload in the future.

I think you're right, I support your plan to relax for a few days (take as much as you need) and then get back to work as usual. I'm sure these days will help you recover

Thanks. I don't need the whole month to recover, but I will definitely not work on anything stressful until I'm recovered fully.
