Yeah, deciding where to end it was tricky for this one. This spot leaves it open ended, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but there are some lingering questions such as "Would he get away with not destroying it" etc. that don't work as well open ended. It might need to be expanded to be a multi-part story if there is enough interest in where it goes?

Not bad though I kind of wish we got to see what he does with the stone after he accepted his new status. Either way he chooses is fine, the story just feels a little incomplete where it sits now
