New Ambience: A New Beginning

I was playing about with various ideas last week and I kept coming back to this one. It wasn't necessarily about a place, it was more like - a feeling.
It was hopeful and positive, but with the tiniest undercurrent of excitement. I kept working on it and decided that this was the feeling of encountering a new place after the end of a long trip. There's a subtle rhythmic part that keeps this from being purely passive, it has an insistence in it that I hope makes for more interesting possibilities.
To emphasize the scale of this new world, I positioned the listener high on a cliff, overlooking this strange new land. An ocean below, ever so slightly modulated with effects to give it a not-quite-here character, and a breeze. A good breeze is very important if you want your cape to billow majestically!
As this is a world-building vibes ambience, I think it's equal parts fantasy and sci-fi.

Great stuff. Could really be anywhere. Fantasy, modern, space. I love it. There is something dark hidden in this one. Suspenseful, no foreboding.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Very versatile and I like how the winds fade in and out and change intensities.

Very nice. The ocean is ambiguous enough that I think I can use this for my desert campaign as a swirling, cutting sand sound. I already use all your Desert ambiences/music but this has a nice hopeful build-up to it
