It's a rifle/PCC-only match, six stages, held at the Echo Valley Training Center in West Virginia on the nights of March 10/11 and 11/12, 2023. I wish the patreon discount was available for longer.

Sounds like fun. Midnight Brutality is what I am going to name any training event where new joes are learning to navigate and fight with NODs.
Clark from WY
Count me in!! This sounds like too much fun
Nathan McCord
Ok thanks. The wording on the practiscore page for categories was a little confusing.
Forgotten Weapons
There are no rules regarding costumes, and there is no differentiation between rifles as long as they meet the caliber rules. If you want to bring a manual action, that's fine.
Nathan McCord
Could we get some more elaboration on the Categories? I didn't see anything in the rules or video that gives more details on costume requirements or what manual action means.
Wow, this is right in my backyard!
Derek Putley
I'd love to see one of those in working order (ie both firearm and sniperscope) and I'm sure my buddy at Royal Armouries would too. However I doubt if one would be capable of completing the course, if targets at 200 yards are involved.
Mika Virta
Well, let me know if you come to Finland around November-December sometime. We (the Hyvinkää Reservists) have run these for ten years, and the Etelä-Häme guys have also arranged a few. Here is some video from our match : https://youtu.be/XEa-e7hbcbY

Can anyone fly to Afghanistan and pick up a couple of those $40000 NODS LGB left behind? I heard they were about $200 there. Then I can compete.
Jack Dodge
Are you going to run a T3 carbine?
Forgotten Weapons
I would love to shoot a night SRA match :)
Mika Virta
That's a coincidence, we run a night-time SRA-match just yesterday. Logistics and Range Officering is indeed more challenging in the dark, but at least it is warmer in West Virginia in March than in Finland in November.
Guido Schriewer
that is pricy gear that's needed. nice desert storm jacket. tough logistic on this one!

I use to shoot with local LE at a private night match monthly. Night matches are so much more fun than day. But I cannot attend this match because I will be by coincidence be taking low light classes that weekend
