Apocrypha Feb 19, 2023: Diving Vacation
🕑 Added 2023-02-19 22:40:41 +0000 UTCAlmost immediately after getting home from filming at Morphys and photographing at Springfield Arsenal, I left for a weeklong vacation. I am currently on the Dutch Antilles island of Bonaire scuba diving. So, probably not much work is going to get done this week - but of course I have videos pre scheduled for you! :)

ALWAYS remember, it's Springfield ARMORY. It was the only "armory" in the old "arsenal" manufacturing system (Watervliet, Watertown, Rock Island, etc. )

I've been to Bonaire several times- Enjoy! BTW: DO NOT be a crazy fool and try to visit the "Windjammer" wreck on regular compressed air like I did- Top edge of deck is less than 20' from oxygen toxicity depth, we want you BACK. And look at Saba island for the next dive trip. Its sea mount tops and walls can be even BETTER than Bonaire, but it has zero shore diving- The exact opposite of Bonaire, where most of the best stuff is within easy reach of shore, no boat (or guide) required.
