hk's do not go for 35grans do they?! for that kind of cash I'd want a freaking stoner at least a I don't know... negev. rpd. but no sissy 9mil (though way cheaper to feed).

and then there are those shady people of certain organisation whom don't geve a drop of rats p..s if it is any leagal to file some metal off and drill a hole. frankly the magwell area convertion is a pretty simple affair for any craftsman. that's a joke.

legally a m16 lower is the machinegun. ok. where does the fullauto bolt carrier is in that definition? is that a free to purchase part stateside?

Guido Schriewer

you kind of watch too many, even if kult, movies in times. hohoho..... jokes aside: the 5 ok. if one doesn't have a 53/33 by chance.... who really wants a funswitch g3? unless you want to get rid of a loose tooth or so. there is a reason why brits issued fals only in semi... doable on full yeah... but how.

Okay, I'm not even in the right country to have much use of this, but it was a very interesting video! It does very much highlight the bureaucratic idiosyncrasies of American firearms legislation. Like, dear gods above, I feel for you that you have to keep track of this stuff, even though you're very luckily in being allowed to have machineguns at all...

Alfred Gawron

The only gun law that makes sense to me is: "...shall not be infringed!", everything else is stupid.

Defund the BATFE. Bureaucratic overreach at its finest. The HK MP5A2 is my dream SMG. Now for the $$$…

In the 80s when the ATF and media were hyping the assault weapons are easy to convert to machine guns mantra - The ATF in all its wisdom decided that some conversion parts were also tantamount to machine guns. (e.g. drop in auto sears) Then - In the run-up to the 86 ban, clever SOT manufacturers, etc said great, this part (e.g. Uzi bolt, HK sear, is a "machine gun" I want to register it which the NFA branch at the time would allow - so we have these parts like an Uzi bolt or HK lower you can own as surplus parts or as a machine-gun - just seems inconsistent.
